Overview

We offer free returns within 7 days of receiving delivery. You can return your product for store discounts, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging parcels.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

For a damaged item:

• The customer bears the cost of the delivery in case an item is damaged either by the customer or the carrier.
• A restocking fee of 30% of the original price.

For an exchange :

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging parcels.
• All items must be returned within 7days of receiving the parcel.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

• Reply to your order confirmation email or WhatsApp to request which products you would like to return.
• Print the return shipping label that you will receive through mail or WhatsApp.
• Send all items back to us using the label provided
• A returned item should be received within 7 days of the initial delivery.
